Come visit the Stewards at the Long Beach Water Department’s Earth Day celebration at Recreation Park near the Colorado Lagoon. We will be demonstrating the importance of landscaping with native plant species and will be giving the public a chance to take a plant home for their gardens!

This year we will be setting up quarterly Kayak trips into the Los Cerritos Wetlands to see rare plants, endangered birds, and tons of other wildlife, while picking up some trash. It’s a great field trip!!!
